10 exercises for your day to be in flow!
- Pick one thing that will get you closer to your goal and stick with it. Only focus on that one thing you have to do from when you wake up until it’s done.
- Bring conscious awareness to what’s holding you back. Spend 1 minute imagining what it would feel like not achieving any of your goals. Spend 1 minute imagining what it would feel like to be in total fear everyday. Then invest 30 minutes or more imagining the joy of achieving all your goals, and feeling great this moment because you choose to feel amazing and alive!
- Keep switching focus from living in your regular state, and then switch to living from the state of having achieved your goal. What would be the major difference in being?
- Write out letters forgiving yourself and everyone that hurt you in the past. It’s not about them it’s about you letting go of the past and living in the moment of now, free from any baggage of the past!
- Be willing to look foolish trying new things, only when you try new things everyday will you be expanding your comfort zone. Pick something new to learn every single day that you never thought about trying! Something completely different to your current personality
- Imagine what action you would be taking having achieved your goal, and then take that action everyday for the next 7 days until you get the vibe downloaded into your nervous system.
- Open yourself the the abundance of the universe by having no judgement of what is, and be grateful for everything good in your life. You can always find something that you are blessed with
- Paint or draw your dream into reality. Pick a symbol that represents your goal achieved and bring it into reality. It can be a painting, a story or a song. Create it now and make it more real
- See all obstacles leading to your goal being achieved no matter what the senses are telling you. Believe in yourself by believing you have everything it takes to make your dreams possible.
- Ask yourself does this path align with me achieving my goal? Then listen to your answer and trust yourself, if you get no then change something until you get the way to your goal. Remember all paths lead to your goal when you have the belief that nothing can stop you!
